Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Verification:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled successfully,  you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped out.

Delivery Address:
A correct and complete delivery address is essential.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

2. Shipping to Other Country

    In addition to the United States, we do not support customers from other countries or regions in the world to purchase, please place an order carefully.

    Please kindly note that if your items were lost or delayed in transit, please send email to portvoi@hotmail.com. We will send you a replacement or a refund.

    Note:

    Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
    In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
     If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 business days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 business days of the order date.
