You have a maximum of 90 business days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 business days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 business days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to portvoi@hotmail.com to get the return label in this case.

If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.

The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
